In the unlikely event the OSTRICHPILLOW® you received is found to be defective or damaged, we do apologize! You may request a replacement of the item to us within 48 hours of receipt. You will have to request the authorization for the exchange by filling up this form.
All our pillows are lovingly hand crafted and it is very unusual if you've received a damaged or defective item.
Luckily we warrant our products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials in accordance with its instructions for use for 1-2 years (depending on the region) from the date of original purchase.

- All damage requests will be thoroughly inspected by our team.
