I didn't receive my tracking email.
If you haven't received your tracking information within 24 hours of placing your order, don't worry! Please drop us a line at email@example.com providing your order number (you can find it in the order confirmation you received after placing your order) and we will provide all necessary information to track your OSTRICHPILLOW®.
My order didn't reach me yet, what should I do?
As all our pillows are delivered using your local courier service it's always faster to contact the courier directly. However, please remember that we are always here in case you need any help!
My package seems to be lost.
If after contacting the courier you are told that your package is lost, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly help you out.
Happy holidays! Our team will be sharing the holiday season with our family and friends this year, and so we will be closed between Dec 21st - Jan 2nd. If you would like to know if your package will be delivered by Christmas, we kindly ask that you check the shipping cut off dates, and if in any further doubt, please contact the courier mentioned in your tracking information directly.
